Group Fitness offers you a chance to take a class with others at all different levels. But just because it is a group does not mean that the instructor does not focus on the individual. Group Fitness classes provide an excellent way for you to workout with a group of people who have similar workout goals to you while getting pointers from your instructor similar to a personal training session.
