Yes, it may be too cold to walk outside but going to walk around in a large building like a mall can be a good form of cardio. The treadmills and steppers at Traning Station can be a great form of winter fitness! When you come to our gym, you will be able to achieve your cardio workout without being bombarded by the cold and harsh weather.

Another option is to do an appropriate outdoor activity. If you enjoy the colder weather, activities such as ice skating or skiing are great ways to keep your body moving! Just be sure to dress appropriately for these activities.
